I want to articulate everything.
Hello! I've been on the internet far too much today so I thought I should at least update my journal.I ahve my first group therapy session tomorrow and I'm really scared and wondering why I agreed to it really.I've made myself a cheerful cd to listen to afterwards when I'm on the way to uni as I often feel really miserable during the 'humour writing'lessons cos I rarely find things as amusing as others and I find it hard to join in with mass laughter.This is either because I'm very odd or just a miserable git,probably both. The assessment on 'Calamity Jane'went okay yesterday so hopefully I can avoid that godawful film for the rest of my life.I managed to write 8 sides which I was surprised about considering I was worried I'd have nothing to say... Today is my day off and I've just been mega lazy and not caught up with anything but nevermind.I doubt I'll sleep for several hours yet so after I've tidied up I might write some letetrs and watch a film,I may have mentioned I signed up for a online rental with Blockbuster so I'm getting to see lots of films right now.I'm hoping it will save me money overall as I will buy less films,but we shall see. Speaking of films I got 'Secret Window'today,it was a real bargain so I couldn't resist as I was planning to get it for christmas anyway.It's ex-rental but has all of the bonus features:)Darren got me 'Diva'with Le Tigre on the cover too,I almost collapsed when I saw it! Now I'm gonna collapse somewhere away from the computer I've been sat at for most of the day! Current Mood:  worried |

The return of moi.
This is my third attempt at updating today,it turns out my last entry was dated 2026 instead of 2004! Things seem kind of manic now I'm back at uni,I never have enough time to catch up with things,so apologies to penpals who haven't heard from me for a while,I will reply as soon as I can!Uni is going okay apart from one module where I despise the lecturer.She is really patronising and annoying plus she refers to gay people as 'gays'which I find arcaic as there is no such word as 'straights'.Plus for that module I have to do a gender analysis of the film 'Calamity Jane'which is perhaps the most mediocre film I've had the misfortune of sitting through! I'm feeling okay right now but in general I've been feeling miserable recently,mainly about the state of the world now that the king of imbeciles has been re-elected.I hardly slept of Tuesday night and spent hours glued to the tv 'praying'that Kerry would win Ohio,argh,it was so incredibly depressing,I know most of you have made mosts saying similar things. I will do a longer post in the next few days but I just wanted to say 'Hello'and I hope you haven't forgotten me! Current Mood: warm |
